Thesis title: High-dimensional analyses of microRNAs in lung neuroendocrine neoplasms.
Comment: Super proud PI alert!!! Justin is the first hybrid bench/comp PhD graduate from the Renwick lab. He joined us from the Department of Biology and already had attention-grabbing biochem and computing expertise. During his PhD, Justin wrote three first author papers on microRNAs in lung NENs, one mammoth review on a related topic (in revision), TA'ed in PATH 828, lectured in PATH 411, created youtube videos for aspiring grad students, and was a stellar lab citizen! On behalf of the lab (and the department), we wish you the very best as you move up the career ladder in Montreal. When the dust settles, please come back and share your experiences in the big city!
