MedLab Professionals Week

2022 April 11th-14th is Medical Laboratory Professionals Week!

These are hybrid inperson (Dietary 2 classroom A and B) and Zoom videoconference sesions being held throughout the week.

Queen's University Richardson Lab will be reopening Monday Feb 28th, 2022

After two months, the DPMM Richardson Lab site will reopen on Monday Feb 28th.  Building operational hours will return to "normal"

Graduate Student Congratulations!

Congratulations to Brian Laight, Hanad Adan and Rayanna Birtch for winning the 2020-2021 Robert Kisilevsky Research Seminar Awards for the best departmental seminars by a PhD student, a second year MSc student and a first year MSc student, respectively. 

Brian is in the MD-PhD program and in the second year of his PhD in Dr. Peter Greer’s lab;

Hanad defended his MSc in Dr. Leda Raptis’ lab and is currently engaged in PhD studies with Dr. Juliet Daniel at McMaster University;

Dr. Andrew Craig appointed as Director, Queen’s Cancer Research Institute (QCRI)

On the recommendation of Dean Jane Philpott, Mark Green, Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) at Queen’s University, has appointed Dr. Andrew Craig as Director, Queen’s Cancer Research Institute (QCRI). His five-year term began on January 1st, 2022.
