Dr. Andrew Craig appointed as Director, Queen’s Cancer Research Institute (QCRI)

On the recommendation of Dean Jane Philpott, Mark Green, Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) at Queen’s University, has appointed Dr. Andrew Craig as Director, Queen’s Cancer Research Institute (QCRI). His five-year term began on January 1st, 2022.

Queen's University, the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Department of Pathology & Molecular Medicine have gone to minimal staffing levels effetive January 3rd.  We will attempt to maintain one admin person onsite to handle inquiries and deliveries from 09:00 to 15:00 daily.  Otherwise staff are working remotely.

Queens/Richardson Lab Shutdown

Queen's University?Richardson Lab will be shutting down today, Thursday Dec 23rd and will not reopen until Monday January 3rd, 2022

Winter 2022 academic activities move to remote delivery

Due to concerns with rising cases of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, and in consultation with KFL&A Public Health, Queen’s University will be transitioning most Winter 2022 academic activities delivered in Ontario to remote delivery until the end of reading week on February 28, 2022.

This is a proactive measure to support the health and safety of the Queen’s and Kingston communities and align with Ontario’s accelerated booster dose rollout for all individuals aged 18 and over.

Lockdown-Richardson Lab

Effective Tue 2021Dec14, Richardson Laboratory will be locked down until further notice.
