Dr. Chris Nicol's two graduate students Natasha Iaboni (PhD Candidate) and Madeleine Carew (MSc Candidate) both won Travel Awards to present their research at the 55th Annual Society of Toxicology of Canada (STC) Symposium in Montreal from 3-5th December.
Madeleine went on to also win the STC-Intertek Best MSc Student Presentation at the meeting for her research titled "Using Xenograft Models and Mass Spectrometry Imaging to Investigate the Protective Role of PPARγ in Triple Negative Breast Cancer".
Another good showing for our Dept trainees at a national conference.
